When the new dental surgery has been equipped, we aim to sponsor a local clinician to ensure the hospital building is used throughout the year. In the future this clinician will be replaced by Rokpa students who we are sponsoring to degree level. The Rokpa orphanage students will be given the opportunity to gain knowledge and work experience from this clinician.

We envisage a weekly clinic session throughout the year. The clinician's role will be to continue the dental discipline when the western volunteers are not in attendance. We estimate 20-30 patients will be seen per clinic day (equivalent of approximately 1000 patients per year).
